Basic checks:

• Confirm the freezer is switched on and the temperature setting is not at OFF or minimum.
• Verify the power outlet works by testing with another appliance.

Compressor area checks:

• Remove the rear lower panel and inspect the compressor and wiring.
• Check the start relay and overload protector for signs of burning or cracking; replace as a set if suspect.
• If your model uses a mechanical thermostat, bridge the thermostat terminals temporarily (with power off, using an insulated jumper) to see if the compressor starts when power is restored. Remove the jumper immediately after testing. If it starts, replace the thermostat.

If still no start: The main control board or compressor may be faulty. Further diagnosis with proper tools is required; contact a refrigeration technician.
