Freezer will not start after being transported or moved.

Safety first: Do not attempt to force the compressor to start repeatedly.

Steps:

• If the freezer was transported on its side or tilted, leave it upright and unplugged for at least 4–6 hours (24 hours if heavily tilted) to allow compressor oil to settle.
• After the rest period, plug in and check if the compressor starts normally.
• If it still fails to start, follow compressor start diagnostics (relay, overload, control board) as described in other entries.
