How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the freezer before accessing the display or control housing.
Steps:
- Access display: Remove the screws holding the display/control housing and gently lower it.
- Check connectors: Ensure the display module connector is fully seated on the display PCB and main board.
- Inspect for damage: Look for burnt or cracked components on the display board.
- Replace display: If wiring is intact, replace the display module or entire control panel assembly.
- Control board: If a new display does not light, the main control board may be defective.
Note: Cooling can continue even with a failed display, but you will not be able to adjust settings.
