Freezer vibrates excessively or rattles against the floor or nearby cabinets.

Safety first: Use caution when tilting or lifting the freezer. Do not lay it on its side without following manufacturer guidelines.

Steps to reduce vibration:

• 1. Level the unit: Place a level on top of the freezer. Adjust the front leveling legs until the cabinet is level side-to-side and slightly tilted back.
• 2. Check floor contact: Ensure all legs or rollers are firmly contacting the floor. Use shims if the floor is uneven.
• 3. Remove items from top: Take off any loose items sitting on top of the freezer that may rattle.
• 4. Inspect internal components: If rattling persists, remove rear panel and ensure tubing, wiring, and the condenser fan shroud are not loose.

Note: Some vibration is normal when the compressor starts, but it should not cause loud rattling.
