Safety first: Unplug the freezer before removing light covers or panels.

Steps:

• Check light module: Remove the interior light cover (usually clipped in). Inspect the LED board for burn marks or corrosion.
• Test with door switch: Manually activate the door switch or magnet and see if the light responds.
• Inspect wiring: Follow the light wiring back towards the control area, checking for pinched or broken wires.

Remedy: Replace the LED light module if visibly damaged or non-functional. If multiple lights fail simultaneously, the LED driver circuit on the main board may be defective and require replacement.
