Freezer shows F19; may be associated with defrost water drainage or heater safety.

• Check defrost drain: Access the evaporator area and locate the drain hole beneath the coil. Clear any ice or debris using warm water and a soft pipe cleaner.
• Inspect drain tube: From the rear, locate the drain tube leading to the drip tray above the compressor. Ensure it is not kinked or blocked.
• Check safety thermostat: If fitted, test the defrost safety thermostat for continuity at room temperature.

Remedy: Clear the drain and replace a faulty safety thermostat if present. If F19 persists, the control board may be misreading defrost conditions and require professional diagnosis.
