How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not drill deeply into the liner; refrigerant lines may be close behind.
Steps:
- Inspect crack: Determine if the crack is superficial or goes through to insulation (air or moisture entering).
- Seal small cracks: Clean and dry the area. Use a food-safe epoxy or appliance liner repair kit to seal the crack. Follow product instructions for curing time.
- Monitor for frost: If frost continues to form around the repair, the crack may be deeper or additional leaks may exist.
