Possible Causes

Wait a moment: If the door is hard to open immediately after closing, wait 30–60 seconds for pressure to equalize.
Check gasket: Ensure the gasket is not excessively sticky. Lightly clean and dry it.
Verify venting: Some models have a small pressure relief port; ensure it is not blocked.
