Freezer light does not turn on when door is opened, but cooling is normal.

Safety first: Unplug the freezer before replacing bulbs or LED modules.

• Check bulb/module: On older models, unscrew the bulb and inspect the filament. Replace with the correct wattage appliance bulb. On newer models, replace the LED light module as a unit.
• Test door switch: Press the door switch manually; if the light flickers or comes on, the switch may be sticking and should be replaced.
• Inspect wiring: Ensure the light harness connector is fully seated.
