Safety: Unplug the freezer before removing interior panels. Use towels to catch meltwater.

• Access drain: Remove the interior rear panel to expose the evaporator and drain trough.
• Clear blockage: Locate the drain hole beneath the evaporator. Use warm water in a turkey baster or squeeze bottle to flush the drain until water flows freely to the drain pan under the unit.
• Defrost tube: From the rear, locate the drain tube leading to the pan. If iced, gently warm with a hair dryer on low.
• Check drain pan: Ensure the drain pan is properly positioned and not cracked.
