Freezer displays E14 and the interior light does not work or stays on constantly.

Safety: Disconnect power before removing light covers or accessing wiring.

Steps:

• 1. Check door switch: Verify that the door switch operates correctly (light should go off when door is closed). If the switch is faulty, see the door switch error procedure.
• 2. Remove light cover: Carefully unclip the LED light cover inside the freezer. Avoid using excessive force on brittle plastic.
• 3. Inspect LED module: Look for burn marks or discoloration on the LED board. If visibly damaged or if no light output occurs with correct voltage, replace the module.
• 4. Check wiring: Ensure the light module connector is firmly attached and wires are not pinched or cut.
• 5. Replace LED module: Install a Neff-compatible LED light module, reconnect, and refit the cover.
• 6. If E14 persists: The LED driver circuit on the main control module may be faulty and require board replacement by a technician.
