Freezer interior light not working, but cooling is normal.

Safety: Unplug the freezer before removing light covers or accessing wiring.

Steps:

• 1. Test door switch: Check if the display or fan responds to door opening/closing. If not, the door switch may be faulty.
• 2. Remove light cover: Carefully unclip the light cover and inspect the LED module for burn marks.
• 3. Replace LED module: If the module is defective, install a new Neff-compatible LED light assembly.
• 4. Wiring and control: If a new module does not light, check wiring continuity and consider a control board LED driver fault, which may require board replacement.
