Steps:

• 1. Clean condenser: Move the freezer away from the wall and vacuum dust from the condenser coils or grid. Use a soft brush to remove stubborn dirt.
• 2. Check condenser fan: If your Neff freezer has a fan near the compressor, ensure it runs when the compressor is on. Replace the fan motor if it does not run.
• 3. Inspect door gasket: Look for gaps, tears, or hardened sections in the door seal. Close the door on a sheet of paper; if it pulls out easily, the seal may be weak. Replace the gasket if necessary.
• 4. Monitor performance: After cleaning and gasket checks, allow 12–24 hours. If the freezer still cannot reach -18°C, a sealed system issue is likely and requires professional service.
