Safety: Unplug the freezer before inspecting heaters or wiring.

Steps:

• 1. Improve room ventilation: Reduce humidity with ventilation or a dehumidifier.
• 2. Check gasket seal: As in frost issues, inspect and adjust or replace the door gasket.
• 3. Anti-condensation heater: On models with a mullion or frame heater, verify it is warm during operation. If always cold and condensation is severe, the heater circuit may have failed and requires technician service.
