H51 error, compressor runs continuously but freezer does not reach set temperature

Safety: Refrigerant systems are sealed and under pressure. Do not attempt to open the system without proper certification.

Steps:

• 1. Check door and loading: Ensure the door closes fully and the freezer is not overloaded or blocking air vents.
• 2. Frost pattern: Remove the inner rear panel and inspect the evaporator. A normal system shows even frost across most of the coil. Frost only at the inlet or no frost suggests a sealed system issue.
• 3. Condenser temperature: The condenser coil should be warm during operation. A cool condenser with a running compressor indicates low refrigerant or compressor failure.
• 4. Call a technician: Sealed system diagnosis (pressure readings, leak detection, recharging) must be performed by a qualified Panasonic service technician.
