Freezer interior light does not turn on when door is opened.

Safety: Unplug the freezer before replacing light components.

• Check door switch: Press the door switch manually. If the display or fan responds but the light does not, the switch is likely good and the light module may be faulty.
• Inspect light module: Remove the light lens or cover inside the freezer. Check for loose connectors or burnt components.
• Replace light module: Install a new Samsung LED light module or bulb of the correct type. Reconnect wiring securely.
• Test: Restore power and open the door to confirm the light operates. If not, the door switch or PCB may require further diagnosis.
