Inspect drain tube: From the back, remove the rear panel and check the drain tube leading to the drain pan. Ensure it is not cracked, disconnected, or blocked.
Check water inlet connections: Inspect the Samsung water inlet valve and tubing to the ice maker for leaks. Tighten compression fittings and replace any cracked tubing.
Defrost frozen drain: If the drain is frozen, gently thaw with warm water and ensure the drain heater (if equipped) is functioning.
