Possible Causes
Burned-out LED module or bulb, Faulty door switch, Loose light wiring connector, Failed light driver on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before replacing bulbs or accessing wiring.
Steps:
- Check bulb/module: On models with replaceable bulbs, remove and inspect the bulb. Replace with the correct type if filament is broken. For LED modules, replace the entire module if visibly damaged.
- Door switch: Test the door switch for continuity as described under E9. Replace if faulty.
- Wiring: Inspect the light wiring and connectors for looseness or damage. Reseat connectors.
- Control board: If the light still does not work and all else is good, the light driver on the main PCB may have failed. Replace the board if necessary.
