Water leaking from under the freezer onto the floor.

Safety: Unplug the freezer and mop up any standing water to prevent slipping.

• 1. Inspect rear area: Remove the rear lower panel and check the drain pan above or near the compressor for cracks or overflow.
• 2. Clear defrost drain: Follow the steps for clearing a blocked defrost drain to ensure meltwater reaches the pan.
• 3. Check drain tube connection: Ensure the drain tube from the cabinet is properly inserted into the pan and not dislodged.
• 4. Verify door seal: Inspect and repair or replace the door gasket to reduce excess frost and defrost water.
• 5. Replace damaged pan: If the drain pan is cracked, replace it with a Siemens-compatible drip tray.

Note: Do not block the drain hole as a temporary fix; this will cause internal ice buildup.
