Possible Causes
Appliance not level, Loose adjustable feet, Freezer in direct contact with cabinets or wall, Internal components touching cabinet panels
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Take care when tilting or moving the freezer to avoid tipping.
- 1. Level the unit: Use a spirit level on the top surface and adjust the front and rear feet until the freezer is stable and level.
- 2. Create clearance: Ensure there is a small gap between the sides/back of the freezer and adjacent cabinets or walls to prevent contact during operation.
- 3. Tighten feet and panels: Lock the adjustable feet and tighten any loose screws on side and rear panels.
- 4. Check internal components: Listen while the unit runs and gently press on panels to identify rattling points. Add foam pads or adjust internal harnesses as needed.
