Steps to fix squealing/chirping:

Access evaporator fan: Remove the interior rear panel to expose the fan and evaporator.
Check for ice contact: Inspect the fan blades for ice buildup or contact with the shroud. Defrost any ice and reposition the shroud if necessary.
Spin fan by hand: If the fan feels rough, wobbly, or squeals when spun, the motor bearings are likely worn.
Replace fan motor: Install a Summit-compatible evaporator fan motor. Transfer the fan blade if needed and ensure it is fully seated on the shaft.
Reassemble and test: Reinstall the panel, restore power, and confirm quiet fan operation.
