• Inspect sensor mounting: Verify that the freezer NTC is firmly attached to its designated location (wall or evaporator) and not hanging loose.
• Test thermostat/NTC: Measure resistance at different temperatures and compare to specifications. Replace if readings are erratic.
• Control relay: If the compressor relay on the PCB clicks rapidly or sticks, replace the main PCB.

Test: After repairs, monitor temperature with an independent thermometer over several days to confirm stability.
