How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the freezer before servicing the control panel.
Steps:
- Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dirt or residue. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes, then plug back in to reset the control.
- Access UI board: Remove the control panel cover and inspect the user interface board and wiring harness. Reseat connectors.
- Test buttons: If some buttons work and others do not, the keypad or UI board is likely faulty and should be replaced.
- Main board: If no buttons respond and the UI board is good, the main control board may be defective.
