Control panel buttons unresponsive; cannot change temperature or reset alarm, but display is lit.

Safety: Unplug the freezer before removing the control panel.

• Inspect panel: Remove the control fascia and check for signs of moisture or corrosion on the user interface PCB.
• Check ribbon cable: Ensure the cable between the keypad and PCB is firmly seated and not damaged.
• Dry and clean: If moisture is present, dry the area thoroughly and consider adding a new gasket or seal.
• Replace UI board: If specific buttons or the entire keypad remain unresponsive, replace the display/user interface PCB or keypad assembly as supplied by Zanussi.
