Ice forming around the door frame or on the top edge of the freezer opening.

Safety: Unplug if you need to adjust hinges or remove the door.

• Inspect for obstructions: Ensure baskets or food packages are not preventing the door from closing fully.
• Check gasket contact: Close the door on a strip of paper at various points. If it pulls out easily, the seal is weak there.
• Warm and reshape gasket: Gently warm the door gasket with a hairdryer (on low) and pull it outward to improve contact. Do not overheat.
• Adjust hinges: If the door is sagging, adjust the hinges or leveling feet so the door aligns correctly.
• Replace gasket: If the seal is cracked or permanently deformed, install a new Zanussi door gasket.
