How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing tubing or covers.
Error 17 indicates the pressure switch remained closed when it should have opened.
- Drain condensate:
- Check the condensate trap and hoses for blockage.
- Clean the trap and ensure hoses slope continuously to the drain.
- Clear tubing:
- Remove and blow out the pressure switch tubing.
- Test switch operation:
- With no suction, the switch should be open. Replace if stuck closed.
- Correct vent slope and support if water is pooling in the vent.
