Possible Causes
Tripped breaker, Blown internal fuse, Faulty main switch, Failed control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Before working on electrical components, switch off power at the main breaker.
- Check household breaker: Locate the circuit breaker feeding the furnace and reset if tripped. If it trips again immediately, do not force it; call an electrician or technician.
- Verify main switch: Ensure the furnace's own power switch (if fitted) is in the ON position.
- Inspect power cord and plug (if applicable): Look for damage or loose connections.
- Internal fuse: Some Ariston boards have a replaceable fuse. With power OFF, inspect and replace only with the same type and rating if blown. If it blows again, a deeper fault exists.
