• Tighten hardware: Check all access panels, blower housing screws, and mounting brackets on the Atlantic furnace. Tighten any loose fasteners.
• Inspect blower wheel: Look for bent fins or debris stuck in the wheel. Clean and straighten minor bends if possible.
• Check motor mounts: Ensure the blower motor mounting brackets and rubber isolators are intact and secure.
• Duct support: Verify that connected ducts are properly supported and not hanging from the furnace cabinet, which can amplify vibration.

Note: Severe imbalance may require blower wheel replacement.
