Possible Causes
Blown main fuse on Beretta control board, Tripped circuit breaker, Faulty main power switch on furnace, Loose mains wiring terminal block
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Before touching any wiring, turn off power at the main breaker and verify with a tester if available.
- Check household breaker: Confirm the circuit breaker or fuse feeding the furnace is ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
- Inspect furnace switch: Many Beretta furnaces have an external on/off switch. Ensure it is in the ON position.
- Check mains terminal block: Remove the electrical cover on the furnace and inspect the L/N/PE terminal block. Tighten any loose screws and look for burnt insulation.
- Inspect internal fuse: Locate the small fuse on the control board. If blown, replace only with the same type and rating. If it blows again immediately, a short circuit exists and a technician must diagnose it.
