How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before tightening any components.
- Panel screws: Tighten all access panel screws and any loose sheet metal around the furnace.
- Fan mounting: Check that the combustion fan and blower assemblies are firmly secured to their brackets.
- Piping supports: Add or adjust pipe hangers with rubber isolation to reduce vibration transmission.
If vibration persists, the fan wheel may be damaged and should be replaced.
