Possible Causes
Air trapped in upper circuits, Insufficient pump head, Partially closed balancing valves, Blocked dirt separator
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: System water may be hot; use a cloth when bleeding radiators.
- 1. Bleed upper radiators: Starting from the top floor, bleed each radiator until water flows without air.
- 2. Check system pressure: After bleeding, top up pressure to the recommended level.
- 3. Pump setting: Increase the pump speed or head setting on the Brötje pump if adjustable.
- 4. Clean dirt separator: If fitted, isolate and clean the dirt separator or filter on the return line.
