Steps:

• Locate leak source: Remove the lower panel and observe where water is originating—trap, tubing, or heat exchanger drain port.
• Clean and clear drain: Remove the condensate trap and flush it. Use a wet/dry vacuum on the drain line to clear blockages.
• Check tubing connections: Ensure all hoses are fully seated on their barbs and secured with clamps if necessary.
• Replace damaged parts: If the trap or tubing is cracked, replace with compatible condensate components rated for condensing furnaces.
