Furnace runs but does not provide enough heat to the building

Safety: Allow system to cool slightly before bleeding radiators.

• Check setpoint: Verify that the flow temperature and room setpoints on the Hoval controller are high enough for current weather.
• Bleed radiators: Starting from the lowest floor, bleed air from radiators until water flows steadily. Top up system pressure afterwards.
• Check pump speed: If the circulation pump has adjustable speeds, set it to a higher speed as recommended by Hoval.
• Clean heat exchanger: Schedule a service to clean the burner and heat exchanger surfaces to restore full output.
