How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Electrical work must be done with power isolated and by competent persons.
Steps:
- 1. Check mains supply: Verify that the circuit breaker or fused spur feeding the boiler is on and the fuse is intact.
- 2. Test outlet or spur: Plug in another device or use a tester to confirm power is present.
- 3. Inspect boiler fuse: Many Immergas boards have an internal fuse. A technician can check and replace it with the correct rating if blown, but must also identify the cause.
- 4. PCB replacement: If power is present but the display remains dead, the PCB power supply is likely faulty and the board must be replaced.
