Possible Causes

Faulty fan speed sensor (Hall sensor), Damaged fan wiring, Blocked fan wheel, Defective fan control circuit on PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power before accessing the combustion fan.

  • Inspect fan wheel: Remove the fan cover and check for dust buildup or foreign objects. Clean carefully.
  • Check wiring: Ensure the multi-pin connector from the fan to the PCB is secure and undamaged.
  • Observe startup: After reassembly, restore power and call for heat. If the fan fails to reach speed and E19 appears, the fan assembly may need replacement.

Because fan speed affects combustion safety, replacement should be done by a qualified technician.
