Furnace runs but house is not heating adequately; radiators or underfloor loops are lukewarm.

Possible Causes
Incorrect heating curve or setpoint, Partially blocked plate heat exchanger, Air in heating system, Circulation pump running at too low speed
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow system to cool slightly before bleeding radiators. Use caution with hot water.
- Check controller settings: On the Kospel control panel, verify the flow temperature setpoint or heating curve is appropriate for the building. Increase slightly if necessary.
- Bleed system: Bleed air from radiators and high points. Refill to correct pressure afterward.
- Adjust pump speed: If the circulation pump has selectable speeds, increase to a higher setting to improve flow.
- Inspect filters and strainers: Clean any system strainers or dirt separators that may be restricting flow.
If performance remains poor, a technician should check for internal blockage in the Kospel heat exchanger or system design issues.
