Possible Causes
Loose combustion fan mounting, Unbalanced fan wheel, Loose casing panels, Pump or pipework transmitting vibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before tightening any screws or touching moving parts.
- Tighten panels: Check and tighten all front and side panel screws on the Kospel furnace.
- Inspect fan mounting: Ensure the combustion fan is firmly secured to its bracket and that rubber mounts are intact.
- Support pipework: Add or adjust pipe clamps to prevent pipes from resonating against walls or the furnace casing.
If vibration persists and seems to come from the fan or pump internals, a technician should inspect for worn bearings or imbalance.
