How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate power before unplugging any control cables.
- Check display cable: Inspect the cable between the Nibe display/control panel and the main PCB. Reseat both ends and look for damage.
- Inspect for moisture: Condensation inside the control compartment can cause communication issues. Dry the area and improve ventilation if needed.
- Power cycle: Turn off the main isolator for 5–10 minutes, then restore power and see if the C1 alarm clears.
If the alarm persists, the control board or display module may need replacement by a Nibe service technician.
