Possible Causes
Blocked condensate trap, failed condensate pump, kinked drain hose, frozen condensate outlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate power before working on the condensate pump. Condensate may be mildly acidic.
- Check drain hose: Ensure the condensate hose from the Nibe unit to the drain is not kinked, blocked, or frozen.
- Clean trap: Remove and clean the condensate trap and any filters. Flush with clean water.
- Test pump: If a condensate pump is fitted, pour water into the pump reservoir and see if it activates (with power on). If not, check its power supply.
- Reset alarm: After restoring drainage, reset the E7 alarm.
Replace the condensate pump if it fails to run despite correct power.
