Possible Causes

Leaking pump union, corroded heat exchanger, failed gasket on sensor pocket, cracked plastic manifold

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Immediately turn off electrical power and close isolation valves to limit water damage.

  • Locate leak source: Remove the front panel and visually trace the leak to a specific component (pump, valve, heat exchanger, etc.).
  • Tighten unions: If the leak is from a union or compression fitting, gently tighten it a quarter‑turn with appropriate tools. Do not overtighten.
  • Dry electronics: Carefully dry any splashed electronics with a cloth. Do not power up until fully dry.

Component replacement (pump, heat exchanger, manifolds) should be done by a qualified technician.
