How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Gas and combustion components must be serviced by a qualified engineer. Do not attempt to adjust the gas valve yourself.

- Power-cycle and reset the furnace once. If E12 returns, call a technician.

- Clean the flame sensor (ionisation electrode) with fine abrasive paper and check its position in the flame.
- Verify good earth continuity from the burner to the PCB.
- Measure flame rectification current and compare with Ravenheat specifications.
- Check gas rate and combustion quality; adjust gas valve if necessary.
