Possible Causes
Loose internal harness between main PCB and expansion module, Faulty expansion module (e.g., pump group, cascade controller), Electrical noise on communication bus, Defective main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control compartment.
- Check module connections: Locate any plug-in expansion modules (e.g., pump control, cascade). Ensure they are firmly seated and their connectors are locked.
- Inspect harnesses: Follow the low-voltage communication cables and check for damage, loose plugs, or signs of overheating.
- Remove corrosion: If any connectors show light corrosion, clean with appropriate contact cleaner and reseat.
- Module isolation: A technician may temporarily disconnect non-essential modules to identify which one causes E19.
- Replace faulty module/PCB: Once identified, replace the defective module or main PCB according to Remeha procedures.
