Underlying unresolved ignition or flame problem, User repeatedly pressing reset, Control box safety lock after multiple faults

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Do not continue to press the reset button. This can cause a dangerous accumulation of unburned fuel.

Steps:

  • Wait and power cycle: Turn off power for several minutes, then restore. Do not reset more than once.
  • Diagnose root cause: Investigate ignition, fuel supply, and flame detection issues (see A01, A02, A06).

If the burner continues to require frequent resets, shut it down and call a qualified Riello service technician.
