How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off power before handling the sensor.

Steps:

  • Clean sensor: Remove the Riello photocell and clean the lens. Reinstall firmly.
  • Check connector: Ensure the sensor plug is fully seated in the control box and pins are not bent.
  • Replace sensor: Install a new OEM Riello photocell if cleaning does not help.

If E06 remains, the main control board or burner control box may be defective.
