No oil reaching nozzle, Clogged oil filter, Air in oil line, Faulty ignition transformer or electrodes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and close the oil valve. Avoid repeated resets.
Steps:
- Check oil supply: Confirm tank level and open valves. Inspect lines for leaks.
- Replace filter: Install a new oil filter and bleed the Riello pump until oil is free of air.
- Inspect ignition: Check electrodes and transformer for damage. Clean and set gap per Riello specs.
If there is still no flame, a technician should test pump pressure and ignition output.
