How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power and allow pipes to cool.
- Locate flow NTC: Find the sensor clipped to the flow pipe leaving the heat exchanger.
- Check connection: Ensure the plug is firmly seated and the cable is intact.
- Measure resistance: With power off, disconnect and measure the sensor resistance. Compare to Sime specifications. Replace if out of range.
- If sensor is good: The control board may be faulty and should be checked by a technician.
