Possible Causes

Defective PCB flame detection circuit, Incorrect ionisation electrode wiring, Electrical noise or poor earthing, Damaged ionisation electrode

Safety: Turn off power and gas before inspection.

Checks:

Inspect the ionisation electrode and cable for damage and correct routing away from high-voltage leads.
Verify that the boiler is correctly earthed at the mains connection.
Reset the boiler after checking connections.
