How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and gas before inspection.
Checks:
- Inspect the ionisation electrode and cable for damage and correct routing away from high-voltage leads.
- Verify that the boiler is correctly earthed at the mains connection.
- Reset the boiler after checking connections.
If F.67 persists, the PCB flame detection circuit is likely faulty and the PCB must be replaced by a qualified engineer.
