Possible Causes
Defective return NTC sensor, Damaged sensor cable, Poor connector contact, PCB fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before working on the appliance.
- Locate return sensor: The return NTC is usually mounted on the return pipe entering the heat exchanger.
- Check wiring: Inspect the cable from the sensor to the control board for cuts, abrasions, or signs of overheating. Reseat connectors.
- Visual inspection: Ensure the sensor is firmly attached to the pipe and not hanging loose, which can cause incorrect readings.
- Replace if faulty: If the sensor is physically damaged or tests out of range, replace it with the correct Vokera return NTC sensor.
- If error persists: A technician should test the PCB sensor input circuit.
