Possible Causes
Shorted NTC sensor, Moisture in sensor connector, Pinched sensor cable
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate power before inspection.
- Inspect sensor and connector: Locate the flow NTC sensor. Disconnect the plug and check for water ingress or corrosion. Dry thoroughly if damp.
- Check cable routing: Ensure the cable is not trapped under the casing or clamped against sharp metal causing insulation damage.
- Test sensor: With the sensor disconnected, measure resistance. A reading near 0 ohms indicates a shorted sensor that must be replaced.
- Replace sensor: Fit a new genuine Vokera flow NTC sensor and clear the fault by resetting the appliance.
