How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and allow system to cool.
- Verify sensor type: Confirm that the installed flow NTC sensor is the correct Vokera part for this model.
- Check mounting: Ensure the sensor is fully inserted into its pocket or firmly clipped to the pipe with thermal paste if specified.
- Descale pocket (qualified persons): If the sensor sits in a pocket, remove it and inspect for scale or sludge. Clean the pocket carefully and refit.
- Reset and monitor: After reassembly, reset the furnace and monitor temperature readings. If the error returns, PCB diagnostics are required.
